Transcripts

Requests for official academic transcripts must be submitted in writing and bear the student's signature. Print and complete the Official Transcript Request form and mail it to:

You may also stop by the Registrar's Office on the second floor of Atkinson Hall to complete the request form. A fee of $5.00 per copy must accompany the request. Make checks and money orders payable to Hampden-Sydney College. Please allow three to five business days for processing.

Current students are able to print unofficial transcripts from Tiger Web by selecting My Grades.

Former students may request unofficial transcripts by printing the Unofficial Transcript Request form and mailing it to the address above or faxing it to 434.223.6860. This service is provided as a courtesy and as such, unofficial transcripts are processed as time permits.
