  • Senior Class Gift Each year the senior class presents a gift to the College. The Class of 2014 is designating their senior gift to an annual scholarship in honor of Walter "Shorty" Simms. The goals are to raise $5,000 and establish an annual scholarship for a student with excellent academic standing and with financial needs. All seniors are encouraged to participate. If you have not yet given to the Senior Class Gift but would like to, please contact Taylor Redmond '14 or Nate Shepherd '14, Senior Campaign Co-Chairmen or Jack Carpenter '11, Assistant Director of the Hampden-Sydney Fund. You may also use the online gift form and designate it to the annual scholarship in honor of Walter "Shorty" Simms. All seniors who contribute to the Class Gift will be listed in the 2014 Commencement Program.
