Repairs for PCs

All computers that fall within our hardware and software support window will be repaired free of charge (cost of parts not included). Below are the minimum specifications for systems that are supported.

For Dell owners, we have five (5) Dell Certified Technicians on staff that can perform work on your Dell system free of charge. We highly recommend the 4-year Complete Care warranty from Dell. This will enable you to receive parts free of charge if any component mechanically fails on your warrantied system. The Complete Care warranty from Dell covers accidental damage, excluding fire, intentional damage, and theft. Non-Dell systems do receive software support, and minimal hardware support as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Media and original license keys must be provided for any software that needs to be installed outside of what is provided by the Computing Center.
