Availability & Rates for The Manor Cottages

Rates Per Night (effective August 1, 2012)

Please call for rates and availability for special College weekends. 

The following 2013-14 dates are reserved by Hampden-Sydney College and not open to general public:

• May 9-11, 2013
• May 31-June 2, 2013
• November 6-8, 2013
• February 5-7, 2014
• May 8-10, 2014

In most instances, a two-night minimum stay on weekends, holidays and special occasions is required.

• Coffee is available in each room.
• A 5% VA sales will be added to all room totals.
• We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

In addition, we will accept a budget code from Hampden-Sydney College for charging the amount to an internal College budget.

Cancellation Policy:  We accept cancellations 24 hours in advance for no fee charge.  No-show and same-day cancellations will be charged for the entire stay.

• Smoke Free Environment
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• Parking on premises.
