Honoring NBA legend and West Virginia native, Jerry West, Prime 44 features aged prime cuts of beef and fresh seafood. Dinner reservations are strongly recommended, business casual attire.
The décor and ambiance reflect the important role of Sam Snead, the Greenbrier’s first golf professional emeritus. Snead’s offers an al la carte menu with with a variety of choices. Open seasonally, reservations are recommended.
A bright and colorful tribute to Dorothy Draper, Draper’s offers fine, casual dining with an eclectic menu. Re-imagined with new dishes in keeping with Greenbrier traditions the dining room is open daily for a casual lunch and dinner.
Featuring a traditional coffee house menu in a warm ambience overlooking the Casino Club, The Café Carleton prepares signature drinks and offers classic readymade breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, soups, and pastries.
Italy comes to life with the authentic and mouthwatering Italian fare including hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza and house-made pastas as well as fresh seafood. Open for lunch and dinner, dinner reservations are strongly suggested.
The Greenbrier Gourmet
This gourmet cooking shop features items for both cooking and serving food and offers coffees, pastries, sandwiches and snacks to go.
Located in the heart of the Casino Club, the venue is exclusively for adults 21 and older. The menu offers small plates from parts of China, Japan, Korea, and Thailand designed to allow the entire table a sampling of Pacific Rim cuisines. Closed for the fall and winter, it is hoped that the In-Fusion will be open for Founders Weekend. Reservations are recommended, business casual, jacket required for gentlemen.
