Total Giving
This year, gifts to Hampden-Sydney College totaled more than $7.85 million dollars and led to the creation of seven new scholarships, as well as increasing existing scholarship and endowment funds. Significant gifts were also made to the Walter M. Bortz Library, Kirk Athletic Center, and Lewis C. Everett Stadium.
These contributions have provided students with the
funds to attend Hampden-Sydney and have enriched
their experiences here. We strive to develop well-rounded, civic-minded, and intelligent graduates; the gifts from alumni, parents, foundations, corporations, and friends are vital to those efforts.
