Hampden-Sydney College Class of 2011, Arne Ulbrich presented his Summer Research Honors Project in a public presentation at the College.
Arne is one of a select group of students who undertake summer research in conjunction with members of the Hampden-Sydney faculty. Each project is evaluated on its originality, on the thoroughness of its research methods, and on the quality of its findings.
Arne's project, for chemistry, was entitled, "Sythesis and electron spin resonance spectroscopic studies of a novel analog of Acetaminophen with reduced hepatoxicity."
He is a graduate of Gymnasium Vegesack (Germany).
