Hampden-Sydney College senior Neil Winston Smith presented his Summer Research Honors Project in a public presentation at the College.
Neil is one of a select group of students who undertake summer research in conjunction with members of the Hampden-Sydney faculty. Each project is evaluated on its originality, on the thoroughness of its research methods, and on the quality of its findings.
Neil's project, for philosophy, was entitled, "The political economy of George Barkeley."
He is a graduate of Slippery Rock Area High School (PA).
