H-S Chorus Fall Concert Nov. 13

concert posterOn Thursday, November 13, Hampden-Sydney College's Men's Chorus will perform a Fall Concert entitled "What Shall We Do with a Drunken Sailor?"

This program will feature sea shanties, American folk music, classical selections, and college songs. The chorus will be accompanied by the Hampden-Sydney Acousticals, tenor Christopher Swanson, and flutist Mary Ann Archer. Several student musical compositions will also be featured. The show is directed by Helena von Rueden, Assistant Professor of Fine Arts and Director of Men's Chorus, with piano accompaniment by David Salvage, Assistant Professor of Fine Arts.  

The program is sponsored by the Department of Fine Arts and begins at 8:00 PM in Crawley Forum. It is free and open to the public.
