Lecture Hall, VCU Brandcenter, 103 S. Jefferson Street, Richmond.

Martin Agency LogoJohn received his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and is the Chairman and CEO of The Martin Agency. Under his leadership, The Martin Agency has enjoyed great success, becoming the first agency named "Agency of the Year" five times by Adweek Magazine, most recently in 2009. The agency has created advertising campaigns for Mercedes-Benz, Quiznos, Saab, Spike TV, Miller, Olympus, Delta Faucets, Wal-Mart, and NASCAR. The agency most notably created the Geico Insurance Gecko and the color scheme for UPS.

Under Armour

Under Armour logoAdam received his B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his M.B.A. from the Wake Forest University School of Business. He has been the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing at Under Armour since December 2014. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales, North America, and was the principal executive in charge of North American sales from January 2010 to November 2014. He also served as interim Vice President of Footwear from May 2009 to December 2009 and held various senior management positions in sales for the Company from 2002 to 2009.

Brooks Brothers

Brooks Bros logoAndrea received his D.E.S. from the Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' and is the President, North America, for Brooks Brothers. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company and Safilo, where he was the Global Brand Director. During his time with the Luxottica Group, he served as the Sales Manager in Europe; Managing Director in the UK and Ireland; Region Director of Northern Europe; and as the President, Wholesale in North America.

Chris Hughes
U.S. Marine Corps


Chris received his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and was formerly the Director of Public Relations for the United States Marine Corps in Washington D.C.; Camp Pendleton, California; Afghanistan; Anbar Province, Iraq; and Kailua, Hawaii. He has also served as the Senior Public Affairs advisorfor Task Force-58, Public Affairs Officer at the United States Central Command, Strategic Communication Liaison for the U.S. Marine Corps Office of Legislative Affairs, and as a Company Commander at the U.S. Marine Corps Officer Candidate School.
