"The Game" in "Town & Country"

Again, tailgating and the oldest small-college football rivalry in the South is the subject of a magazine article.   In 1986, Southern Living did a feature story on 91st playing of "The Game."  In 1993, Southern Living paired Hampden-Sydney with Texas A&M in a story about football-game tailgating, "The Large and Small of It." 

The Town & Country piece is the first non-athletic national publicity which "The Game" has received.  The story is not available on-line.  Pick up a copy of the magazine.
