President Howard's Family

Dr. Howard is married to the former Miss Barbara Noble of Johannesburg, South Africa, a Temple University graduate. They have two sons Cohen and Joshua. Cohen is a freshman at Sewanee: The University of the South, and Joshua is a tenth grader at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia.
