President Howard's Family

Dr. Howard is married to the former Miss Barbara Noble of Johannesburg, South Africa, a Temple University graduate. They have two sons Cohen and Joshua. Cohen is a junior at Virginia Episcopal School in Lynchburg, Virginia, and Joshua is an eighth grader at the Fuqua School in Farmville, Virginia.
