President Howard Attends State of the Union Address

On Februay 12, Dr. Chris Howard joined Congressman Robert Hurt, Hampden-Sydney Class of 1991, of Virginia's 5th District to watch President Obama deliver the State of the Union address. Congressman Hurt has served the 5th District, which includes Prince Edward County, since November of 2011 and is a native of Chatham, Virginia.
