President Christopher Howard has been honored by inclusion in the Dominion "Strong Men & Women: Excellence in Leadership Series."
"Strong Men & Women is a unique program developed by Dominion to provide our youth with positive role models, African-American men and women whose accomplishments and determination demonstrate true excellence in leadership."
The honorees were announced at an event on January 12 in Richmond.
