Workshop: Governance and Bylaws
The Governance and Bylaws Workshop is on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at The Commonwealth Club, 401 West Franklin Street, in Richmond. The agenda is lunch from noon to 1:00 p.m. and the workshop from 1:00-5:00 p.m. The facilitator from the Association of Governing Boards (AGB) is Dr. Thomas Longin. He will lead a discussion on best practices for governance and bylaws and an examination of H-SC's bylaws and governance practices.
