Goal Action Item 3.A.6.

Increase the student retention rate from 67 to 72 percent or better. We will focus advising and academic support on "re-recruiting" students to our mission throughout their enrollment.

Persistence:
The number of students enrolled in the fall that returns the following spring.  Each graduating cohort should have four or more rates of persistence.

Retention:
The number of students enrolled in the fall that returns the following fall.  Each graduating cohort should have four or more rates of retention.

Graduation rate:
The number of students in a fall cohort that graduates in four years.  Each graduating cohort should have one graduation rate.
