Welcome! We are glad you are here.
Along with faculty and staff, Hampden-Sydney students sing in the choir, assist in worship, and become active in our ministries. Recently, we've started an internship program for students interested in both traditional and non-traditional forms of ministry.
Our church is a welcoming and inclusive Presbyterian congregation of farmers, townspeople, and members of the Longwood and Hampden-Sydney college communities. We meet in a pre-Civil War building on Hampden-Sydney's campus. We balance a busy schedule of welcoming students, teaching our children, caring for one another, and helping at the local food bank, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels and Young Life. We hope that you will join us-bringing your energy, ideas, and talents-as we continue our ministries and services and grow toward our future.
