Resident Advisor Training

A diversity training session is administered to Resident Advisors during the annual workshop. Group interactive methods are used to sensitize RAs to many forms of diversity that they may encounter with residents. Strategies for inclusion and resources for assistance are given to make the Resident Advisors more efficient.
