Appendix L: College Alcohol Policy

Hampden-Sydney College expects any group of students-either formally or informally organized-to conform to the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Code of Student Conduct, and this policy statement. The host(s) of any event at which alcohol is present or served may be held responsible for the actions and well-being of his guests. The host is encouraged to assist in making arrangements for the safety of those who appear to be impaired.
