Grief Support

This six-session class addresses the unique effects of loss on college students for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one/friend/classmate. Discussions include responses to loss, the grief process, managing reactions, coping strategies, giving/receiving support, and signs of recovery.

Stress Management

Learn mindfulness practices to reduce stress and anxiety in this four-week class.
