"SKILLS FOR ASSERTIVE RELATIONSHIPS" - Focus is on how to be assertive in order to improve relationships and reduce stress.
"HOW TO DEAL WITH ANGER WITHOUT HURTING ANYONE" - Examines anger -- and focuses on appropriate methods of controlling and appropriately expressing one's anger.
