Thank you for your interest in becoming a Wellness Advocate (WA). WAs are peer health leaders who serve as resources to their peers, liaisons to their student community, and ambassadors for the Wellness Center. This leadership development training offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gather extensive information on health and wellness.
Completed applications may be submitted online before the application deadline on April 21, 2017 at midnight. All responses will be kept confidential and reviewed by only the Wellness Advocate Selection Committee. In addition to this application, please provide two letters of recommendation (via the links provided below): 1 peer recommendation and 1 professional recommendation. These recommendations should explain why you would make a good candidate for the Wellness Advocate program, citing specific examples that highlight your leadership potential and ability to serve as a role model for your peers.
You may be contacted for an interview as a final component of your candidacy. Training will take place in August. We look forward to reviewing your application.
