Cable Connection

Every residence hall room is wired for cable television. All televisions will receive channels 2 through 68. Premium channels packages are available through Shentel our television provider. Hampden-Sydney College has no involvement with premium cable packages. This is a contract between Shentel and the individual student. Arrangements can be made by visiting the Shentel office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Please call 6357. If a service call is necessary, a technician will go to the residence hall room upon appointment. ILLEGAL PIRACY OF PREMIUM CHANNELS OR OTHER ILLEGAL CONNECTIONS OR TAMPERING WILL BE HANDLED AS AN HONOR CODE OFFENSE.
