NIRSA Zumbathon

 

 

   On February 23, 2012, Hampden-Sydney College's Kirby

Fieldhouse was alive with music and dancing as we

celebrated our First Annual National Recreational Sports

and Fitness Day Zumbathon®!  Dozens of Zumba®

enthusiasts from the area got their heart rates up and pumping for a two-hour

celebration of health and fitness.  Experienced Zumba® instructors, Billie Risacher,

Alison Stamper, Lisa Newcomb, Courtney Vogel, Monique Stovall, Patsy Watson and

Betsy Prengaman volunteered their time and skills to put on a great event!  Many

thanks to everyone who participated!

instructors led the

group in a variety of

routines and fun

choreography!

 

 

 

 

 

The snacks and refreshments were

well

deserved by our participants!
