Group Fitness Classes

 We are very excited to begin offering additional group fitness classes in our Aerobics Room and Pool!  Exercising in a group has been shown to help increase motivation and add enjoyment to fitness programs.  There is a growing demand for such classes and we have carefully selected the following in an effort to keep our members strong, healthy, fit, and happy!  Please feel free to join us!

Tiger      Zumba®:  Move and shake to Latin beats as you condition your heart!  This is a fun, easy to follow way to get fit!  Ditch the workout, join the party!!!

Tiger        Aqua Zumba®Join us for a Zumba® party like never before!!!  This is definitely not your typical water workout!  Shake, shimmy and sizzle in the water as we create some heat, Zumba® Style!  (a bathing suit and towel are required and a bottle of water is recommended)

Tiger       Any Body Can ToningAn informal class that aims to tone those trouble spots-arms, thighs, abs & glutes with a do what you can attitude.

Tiger      Ashtanga YogaThis introductory class helps to cultivate strength, endurance, flexibility and mental focus. Ashtanga Yoga is an active, fluid form of yoga that links breath and movement.

Tiger         Early Bird Fitness:  This is an informal group using low impact cardio, Pilates, balance, weight-resistance training, kettle bell inspired exercises, kickboxing and sculpting moves to transform your body.  Plus, we will share tips on eating to live healthy.

Tiger          Cardio Kickboxing:  If you are looking for a butt kicking workout, cardio kickboxing is for you! In a one hour class, you'll sizzle your bootie through punches, kicks, toning exercises and abs in a tough, total body workout.

Tiger      Zumba Gold®:  This class takes the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for seniors, beginners or others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
