The keynote address of the symposium was held on Monday afternoon, Sept. 12 in Crawley Forum, before an audience of 125. Dr. Gerhard Weinberg skillfully outlined the lasting impacts that various events and decisions of WWII had on the relative stature of, and dynamics between, various countries around the world.
