On Friday, April 27, Dr. David Marion and a group of students from the Public Service Program traveled to Richmond for the Wilson Center's annual meeting with state and city officials. The students met with five alumni who have held a variety of positions with state, city and county agencies. The sessions focused on the 2012 General Assembly, state funding for transportation and education, and the impact of state regulations on municipalities, among other topics. The day was capped off with dinner at Capitol Alehouse.
