Hampden-Sydney College seniors who have completed all the requirements of the Public Service Program receive certificates at an event near the end of the spring semester. This banquet and awards presentation is attended by members of the Wilson Center staff and faculty, the faculty advisory board, the Wilson Center Board, Patrick Henry Alumni Award winners, other alumni, and participants the Public Service and Military Leadership/National Security Studies Programs.
