The first event was a reception, after which the students were invited to apply for acceptance into the program. The next event, for those accepted, was a Sunday Leadership Workshop. Other events for the first year include an evening speaker and a workshop on creativity and opennness to change. The program has been coordinated by Dr. Curtis Smith, who teaches in the Public Service Program.
