  • The final exam will normally be held in the regular meeting room for the class.
  • Students with two final exams scheduled for the same time period should reschedule one exam in consultation with the instructors for both courses.
  • If a student has three or more exams scheduled in a two day period, he is entitled to have one afternoon exam rescheduled to one of the study days, or to another day which is mutually acceptable to both the instructor and the student.
  • Requests for such departure from the regular examination schedule must be presented to the instructor(s) of the course(s) at least ten days prior to the scheduled exam date.
  • When more than one section of a course is taught by the same instructor, students may take the exam with any section the instructor approves. Approval must be obtained before the beginning of the exam period.
  • A professor may move an exam to an earlier point in the schedule if all the students in the class agree to such a change. However, no final exam may be given before Friday, April 30, 2010 (with the exception of Rhetoric 100, 101, and 102).
