James F. Pontuso is Charles Patterson Professor of Government & Foreign Affairs. He has authored or edited six books and has published more than seventy articles, reviews, and essays. He was John Adams Fellow at the University of London and a Fulbright scholar at Charles University in Prague, the Czech Republic.
