
2005: Padgett is coming off an outstanding season as the Tigers full time
centerfielder and will look to become an all-conference caliber player in
2005... 2004: One of only two Tigers to start all 38 games, Padgett had a
breakout season as he batted .326 with 47 hits in 144 at bats… Drove in 25 runs,
hit two homers, recorded 11 doubles and scored 35 runs on the year, while
stealing 12 bases… Recorded a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in center field,
where he recorded 60 putouts and had two assists... 2003: Played in five
games as a freshman in 2003, batted .200 with two hits in ten at bats… Also had
a perfect fielding percentage... High School: Was a three-year
all-district honoree in baseball at Jamestown High School, including first team
as a senior… Holds Jamestown school records for career hits, batting average,
runs scored and on-base percentage... Personal: Son of Rich and Laurie
