College: Thornton has had a great start to his career...Gained valuable experience during his first two seasons and will look to make a major impact for the Tigers in ‘05...Thornton saw action in six games last season while earning a starting spot in one and scored two goals...Thornton was the Tigers top-scoring freshman in ‘03 recording four points on two goals and two assists in eight games…Thornton went down to injury midway through the 2003 season…Scored a goal against both Susquehanna and Mary Washington…Recorded seven ground balls on the year.
