Category B employees excused for inclement weather conditions will be paid at their normal rate.  They will not be charged compensatory time or vacation for the hours missed.  Category A employees will not be penalized if they are unable to report to work due to adverse weather conditions.  If inclement weather develops and employees are sent home or told to remain at home, employees who had previously arranged for an approved leave during this same time will not be required to use their previously arranged time.
