The Blackheath course opened in its current form in 1999 and is the most picturesque with water coming into play on 13 holes. Every green on the Blackheath course is guarded by bunkers. The course also features many doglegs with undulating fairways.

Join plantation owner, Andrea Erda, and H-SC's Professor John Coombs on a guided tour of one of the grandest and most beautiful of the colonial plantations built in the mid-eighteenth century by the Byrd family. Long considered a premier example of Georgian architecture in America, the house's special charm lies in its elegant yet extremely simple form and perfect proportions.
The plantation is a 45 minute drive from Williamsburg and transportation is on-your-own.
