Registering and Updating Cell Phones for the ENS

In order for the cell phone text message feature of the Emergency Notification System (ENS) to operate most effectively, it is vital that students, faculty, and staff register their cell phones. All students, faculty, and staff are highly encouraged to register their cell phones. Please use the following steps:
Students
- Go to the Student Registration page
- Select Users link and Login with email id and password
- Before submitting, check to be sure all numbers are correct! You will receive a confirmation text message from e2Campus/ Omnilert. Respond to this message to activate the account.
Faculty and Staff
- Go to the Faculty/Staff Registration page
- Select User link and Login with email id and password
- Before submitting, check to be sure all numbers are correct! You will receive a confirmation text message from e2Campus/ Omnilert. Respond to this message to activate the account.
Friends of the College
Friends of the College may request being included in the Emergency Notification System if they are:
- A contractor working regularly on campus.
- A retired faculty or staff member still residing on campus.
- A service provider that may assist College personnel in case of an emergency.
Please send an email to djones@hsc.edu stating your affiliation with Hampden-Sydney College. He will respond with instructions to register your cell phone number with the ENS.
