Ordering Print or Graphic Design Jobs
Lead Time: The Marketing and Communications Office produces about 1000 print jobs for the College each year. To make sure we have enough time to devote to your project, please factor lead time into your printing plans. For small jobs that will be printed on-site, 15 business days before you want the job in your hands is sufficient lead time. Jobs that will be printed off-site due to size, complexity or specialty will need longer lead times. For more information, please consult the Publicity Materials Guidelines. If you have questions, contact communications@hsc.edu.
Initiating an Order: All orders must be placed through the Office of Marketing and Communications. Staff will collect the information necessary to put the job on the production schedule. You will be assigned a graphic designer, with whom you will work to develop your project.
If this is an event, please be sure to make a reservation through the Office of College Events event reservation system:
- Events after business hours (after 4 pm and weekends)
- Events during business hours (M-F before 4 pm)
