Hampden-Sydney College is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website to all people. New and updated web content produced by our organization will meet W3C WAI's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Level AA conformance. The www.hsc.edu site meets these guidelines as of August 21, 2019.
Other H-SC sites are also reviewed each August including: alumni.hsc.edu, hscathletics.com, libguides.hsc.edu/library, tigerweb.hsc.edu, hsccampusstore.com. These are mostly in compliance or we are working with the 3rd party vendors to achieve compliance.
This policy will be reviewed yearly on or before August 31 each year. Use of the W3C Quick Reference list, WebAim's WCAG 2.0 Checklist, and the WAVE web accessibility tool are used in the review process. A color contrast ratio checker has also been used.
