The Office of Marketing and Communications will take or pay for only those photographs which have been predetermined by our office to be used in a specific publication (print or digital), the website, or on social media.
If photographs are desired of an activity or event which does not meet the above criteria, they are the responsibility of the sponsor.
We regularly work with contract photographers. Charges range from $75 to $100 an hour. These contract photographers do not work exclusively for the College, and availability depends on their schedules. They are usually not available on a few days' notice. If you wish to engage a contract photographer to cover an activity or event, you should contact the Office of Marketing and Communications at least 2 weeks in advance.
