Harassment, Discrimination, and Sexual Misconduct

The Sexual Misconduct Policy and Glossary were approved by the College’s Faculty on October 5, 2015. Effective August 14, 2020, this policy was replaced by the Harassment and Discrimination Policy for Staff and Third Parties, and Harassment and Discrimination Policy for Students. However, until the College’s Faculty votes otherwise, The Sexual Misconduct Policy and Glossary is in effect for that group of our constituents. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between this Policy and applicable law, the College will apply governing law in lieu of any contrary terms of this Policy.
