Need Data? Who Do You Ask?
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and the Registrar receive a significant number of data requests. To help manage the flow of requests, this page provides context for the types of data both offices manage. Below is an overview of what both offices do and examples of data requests that can be fulfilled.
Both offices ask for a two-week window to fulfill data requests, though requests can often be fulfilled much faster. Some data are available in the College Factbook, which is released each April. It can be helpful to consult the Factbook to determine if the already prepared data can answer your question.
If you are not sure of who you should send your request to, feel free to reach out to either office.
